Outreach Support

Neuroscience Ireland provides modest awards to support neuroscience-themed outreach activities and events across the island of Ireland. 

Eligibility criteria include membership of NSI, a broad audience beyond academia and a theme and impact related to neuroscience. 

Awards of up to €500 (maximum of two per year) are available to help academics across the Island of Ireland with expenses for organizing and hosting neuroscience outreach events or activities. 

To apply, simply submit an application form here by the day of one of our upcoming deadlines 2026: 

  • February 26th (12 noon)

  • May 28th (12 noon)

  • August 28th (12 noon)

  • November 26th (12 noon)
