Our work is based on 3 pillars:
-
NeuroConnect is a monthly online forum created to help early-career neuroscientists to connect, learn, and showcase their work. Sessions are held every second Monday of the month at 1 PM and feature a mix of interactive workshops and research presentations designed to support career development and encourage collaboration.
Each session highlights speakers sharing their research, career journeys, and insights into neuroscience and related fields. With new themes each month, there’s always something fresh to explore.
We encourage participants to register if they would like to present their research at an upcoming session. Whether you're looking to share your work or gain new perspectives, NeuroConnect is the perfect opportunity to engage with a supportive community.
-
UniCrawl is an in-person gathering of early career neuroscientists. This gathering occurs quarterly at a chosen University anywhere in Ireland.
The primary purpose of the UniCrawl is to build and strengthen connections between early career neuroscientists across Ireland. Going to different Universities across Ireland helps us to establish networks between neuroscientists thus promoting collaboration and ultimately forming a close community for early career researchers to call home.
At these UniCrawl events we have a host of speakers in varying stages of their career discussing their research or work, as well as their journey towards their chosen career path. Additionally, there are various workshops available to aid burgeoning neuroscientists to achieve their career or academic milestones.
The themes of the UniCrawl vary, so there is sure to be a topic that piques your interest.

Hosted every 2 years, our conference is tailored for early-career researchers in Neuroscience. With a mix of keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and research presentations (both oral and poster), the conference offers a valuable opportunity to share ideas, gain feedback, and connect with like-minded individuals.
