Venue and location: Joly theatre, Hamilton Building, Trinity College Dublin (campus map)

Accommodation: Trinity have provided a limited number of single rooms in their summer accommodation facilities (€76.50 per person per night). To avail of the reduced rates, delegates should access the online booking engine on  www.tcd.ie/summeraccommodation and insert the promotion code YNS2016 in the required field.

Neuroscience Ireland Early Career Award: This year the YNS will see the return of the Neuroscience Ireland Early Career award, recognising outstanding members of the young neuroscience community. All attendees and PIs are encouraged to nominate a recipient (before August 10th) by emailing a short description of the researcher’s achievements to youngneuroireland2016@gmail.com. (Young researchers can also nominate themselves).

Registration costs: Registration fees are shown below:

Student members: €25

Student non-members: €100

Postdoc/PI members: €35

Postdoc/PI non-members: €150

Registration and name badges: (Abstract submission and registration are now closed). For those who will choose to register on the day, although online registration is most welcome, on-site registration will open at 8am in the main Foyer of the Hamilton Building and name badges will be distributed. Attendees are asked to wear their name badges throughout the day.

Poster sessions: Poster sessions will take place in the main Foyer of the Hamilton Building. Posters should be A0, portrait.

Lunch, tea and coffee breaks: A full lunch will be provided as well as tea and coffee breaks. An evening reception is also planned.

Services: Trinity College Dublin is located in the heart of Dublin City with an abundance of services close by including ATMs.

Internet access: Attendees will have access to free WiFi. Log on details will be available at the registration desk and will be provided in attendee bags.
