HRB Post-doctoral and PhD Fellowships, TCD

Applications are invited for one Postdoctoral Fellowship and two PhD Fellowships, funded in part by the Health Research Board, Ireland (HRB) and by industrial funding, to commence immediately.

The project will investigate the use of S1P1 receptors as drug targets in animal models of Alzheimer’s and Krabbe Disease. A range of behavioural and motor function tests will be used to study these effects. Candidates with expertise in animal behavioural studies
are highly encouraged to apply.

These projects will be supervised by Professor Kumlesh K. Dev (Drug Development, School
of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland).

Applications are welcome from motivated
candidates who possess a degree in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Genetics or
Immunology.
