2016 Second Round of Neuroscience Ireland Travel Bursaries – Extended Deadline 14th of December

The 2016 Second Round of Calls for Neuroscience Ireland Travel Bursaries is open.

The deadline for this call is extended to the 14th of December 2016.

The Travel Bursaries are awarded to post-graduate and post- doctoral members of NSI whose work has been accepted for presentation at an international conference six months ahead and after the deadline. These bursaries are valued at up to €300 each and there are up to five grants available in this round for attending international conferences occuring up to June 2017.

ERC Grant Success – Prof. Gary Donohoe, NUI Galway

Neuroscience Ireland would like to congratulate the recent success of Prof. Gary Donohoe (Psychology NUI Galway and NCBES Galway Neuroscience Centre) in securing a European Research Council (ERC) starting grant.
